Whew!  I made the Friday “deadline” at work for our next Lone Star Learners WebComic.  This one is based off of the concept of Part + Part = Whole from our Addition/Subtraction Posters.  I came up with this idea while sitting in on one of Debbie’s Amazing workshops at the office.  Thanks again to my buddies at work for helpin me add the finishing touches too.  Look for a new comic next week! I just created this comic strip today at work with the help of my design team buddies with some of the dialogue.  It’s a play off of two cards from the Get The Picture – Antonym Word Pictures.  The words highlighted in red are actual cards I illustrated for Lone Star Learning

Well, I decided to go ahead and share with the world the first official webcomic I created for the company I work for.  I think it’s going to be awesome and can’t wait to see how the artwork, writing, style and ideas develop!  Hoping it’s the first of many to come.  Let me know what you think.  Get The Picture – Word of the Day.  The cards shown in the comic  are actual cards I illustrated for Lone Star Learning
